All artwork is printed on demand and everything is packaged by hand with love and care.

L'encre du coeur is not responsible for long shipping times, nor for lost parcels when the tracking information

proves that the item has been shipped and delivered correctly.

If your parcel has been accidentally returned to sender, please contact your local post office to find out why

before contacting me to arrange a reshipment or a refund.

In the unfortunate event that damage occurs in transit, please send me an email

and attach photos within 7 days of receiving your item.

I'll do what I can to arrange a refund with the local Post or replace the item for you.

Commissioned artwork may NOT be returned.

If your reasons of dissatisfaction are valid for a return shipment,

returns must be within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Please include photos and proof of the collection date.

Return shipment costs (including tracking) are the responsibility of the customer.
Order must be returned in the original packaging.
I will refund your order within 3 working days of receiving the returned item.
